Sanaya: DaBen's journeys in this course will take you to some of the most expanded, flowing, exquisitely beautiful states he has yet presented. The frequencies are some of my favorite light body skills and states. I find them practical as well, and use them often to find things as energy and to better understand the energy I am working with.

As you work with the frequencies in this courses the consciousness you will experience will open the way to new and richer experiences of Source energy.

Overview: In this course, originally taught as a live seminar, you will work with the frequencies of Vision, Precision, Intensity, Clarity, Harmony, Brilliance, and Transparency, and learn a fifth frequency for each set. You will learn states of consciousness by moving into the potential, expanded state for each frequency, as well as from blending them together. You will discover how to use the frequencies to expand your consciousness in all new ways.

The frequencies are basic energies, a part of the energy that brings together Source energy that becomes the life force that you are and your ability to be conscious. Developing your ability to experience the frequencies brings greater skill with energies in general. As you explore the frequencies at the light body level, you gain in the ability to use the consciousness you develop at other levels, such as in ordinary reality.

You will work with the frequencies to learn a state DaBen calls the "Whole/Source space," a state where you are in touch with the pure energy of your experience, (the Whole), and with the Source of your being. The frequencies you have learned so far work with the manifest side of energies; the expanded frequencies work with potential. They allow you to see and sense more of the potential in anything you look at: your life, circumstances, relationships, and so on.

Developing your ability to experience the frequencies brings greater skill with energies in general. Also, as you explore the frequencies at the light body level, you gain in the ability to exercise the consciousness developed at other levels, such as ordinary reality.

The frequencies that DaBen has shown you in prior courses develop skills in a basic order that parallels a process for becoming more conscious. Through Duane's talks, you will learn more about all of the topics below, as you explore with DaBen these expanded states and how it expands the very nature of your awareness.

Vision is basic observation, at the core of consciousness and building consciousness.
Precision allows you to enhance upon that observation in a way that the participation in, and the feedback you get from the observation, will go out into the energy in a deeper and more useful way.
Intensity enhances your ability to participate in the energies and increases your ability to notice the potential that is ever present.
Clarity adds the insight to the observation across levels, allows connection beyond the light body level, and done well, the Clarity frequencies will allow insights into any area of which you are conscious.
Harmony and Brilliance frequencies are at another level of skill and consciousness.
Harmony begins to bring you to an awareness of the inter-relatedness of all the energies that you can experience, and from the relation the inherent harmony of the entirety of your experience.
Brilliance examines the quality of all energy to expand, to become more, and to inherently become its potential.
The Transparency frequencies are at an additional advanced level of skill and consciousness. They provide an opportunity to develop a skill that will enhance your experience of all frequencies and states of consciousness that you might choose to explore. Noticing this enhancement may begin as your awareness is drawn to a sense of flow and deep peace, as though this is the first time you have experienced it in this way. By continuing to follow this "new" experience and the Transparency frequency as it unfolds and deepens, you have the opportunity to discover more and more about the basic nature of your ability to experience and to just be your experience moment-to-moment without interpretation.

DaBen's Primary Focus in this Course:
In this Radiance: Filling in the Frequencies Expanded course you will explore both the non-expanded frequencies and the expanded frequencies in detail. The primary focus is to get to a place where you can experience the basic, pure energy that frequencies are.

Structure of This Course

The teachings of the expanded frequencies start with a review of the four original non-expanded frequencies in each frequency set, the frequencies of Vision, Precision, Intensity, and Clarity. As you review the first four frequencies of Vision and Precision, DaBen's goal is for you to recognize the basic nature of the energy, without looking at the blending of these four original frequencies.

1. DaBen Journeys to work with 4 frequencies from each of the non-expanded frequencies of Intensity, Clarity, Harmony, Brilliance, and Transparency frequencies. You will play with new ways of blending them together for new experiences.

2. A  DaBen journey presenting a fifth frequency for each of the seven frequency types (Vision, Precision, Intensity, Clarity, Harmony, Brilliance, and Transparency).

3. You will next explore with the Transparency frequency achieving a state where you can recognize that the Vision, Precision, Intensity, and Clarity frequencies are on one level, and that the next level is the Harmony and Brilliance frequencies.

4. DaBen journeys to explore using the Transparency frequencies to provide a perspective on the other frequencies.

5. Explore the Whole/Source space. DaBen takes the new, expanded fifth frequency of each of the first four frequency sets (Vision, Precision, Intensity, and Clarity) and blends those together as a way to acquaint you with the Whole/Source space where you can begin to sense Source energy more distinctly.

6. DaBen next takes you to work with how the Harmony and Brilliance expanded frequencies blend together leading to experience the Whole/Source space.

Prerequisites: You will want to complete DaBen's Radiance: Filling in the Frequencies courses Frequencies of Vision, Precision, Intensity, Clarity, Harmony, Brilliance, and Transparency prior to taking this course, as it expands upon the frequencies you learned in these courses.

Course includes 22 journeys by DaBen and many talks by Duane about the frequencies.

This course is taught at the light body consciousness level where you are expanding into higher levels of your light body.
